Information submitted
Quote forms may collect the requested part, year, truck make, truck model, VIN or component serial number, name, phone number, email address, and the page where the request was submitted.
Marketing attribution
The site may retain campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, including UTM values and supported ad-click IDs, so submitted leads can be attributed to the correct source. Personal form fields are not placed inside analytics event names.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review parts requests, communicate with the customer, create a CRM lead, deliver the required email copy to info@truckengines.us, prevent abuse, and improve request handling.
