The written terms provided for the specific quoted unit and order govern the transaction. Final business-approved terms must be connected before launch.
Freight planning
Engines and transmissions normally require commercial freight handling. Cost and timing depend on origin, destination, weight, access, carrier availability, and whether special services are required.
Delivery access
Tell the parts team whether the destination is a commercial facility with a dock or forklift. Residential, limited-access, liftgate, redelivery, storage, or appointment services may add fees.
Inspection at delivery
Inspect the pallet and packaging before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the freight, packaging, labels, and damage before moving or unpacking the unit.
Timing
Transit estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, remote locations, and access issues can affect delivery. Final tracking and carrier information are shared when available.
